Our website/app is owned and operated by Taj Mahal Silver Jewellery Company with its office located at 2nd floor, shop number 294, sarafa bazar, near chaura bazar, Ludhiana (Pb) 141008). Our website/app is an online platform that provides a venue to the users to purchase various products and services being provided on the website/app either by the owners of the website or by its Affiliates. A. REFUND POLICY FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OWNED BY THE COMPANY
1. The user shall be free to return the product i.e. the jewellery within given days after a successful delivery in order to get a refund of the said product in case he/she is not happy or satisfied.
2. The return information is provided for the products on the product page alongside the products for the users to refer and know that a particular product is applicable for return. If the information for return is not mentioned on the product page, then the mentioned/displayed product is non-returnable. No return can be further made by the user in certain cases such as if the jewellery is sensitive or there is any seasonal item, bullion or packing, etc.
3. The responsibility of the jewellery that is being returned is solely of the user, in other words, the user has to keep the jewellery in fresh and unused condition, free from scratches, defects, wear and tear, breakage of the jewellery, breakage of any gem or any other part of the jewellery, or any such other condition that will cause harm to the jewellery.
4. No return can be made after using or wearing the jewellery however the user is at liberty to try the same for a genuine period provided, they take full responsibility to take care of polish, colour and scratches and other wear and tears thereof.
5. In case of any damage that is caused to the jewellery by the user before it has been returned the company reserves the right to either reject the claim or cut any reasonable repairing charges for the same. The charges paid for the labour and manufacture of the product, storage, transportation, import and any such other charges thereof can be deducted by us in case of return and the user shall be given only the value of the metal that has been used of the product as the refund of the product.
6. Once the jewellery is received by us in its original and satisfactory condition the amount of refund shall be initiated within ten (10) days either to the original payment method that has been used by the user while making the purchase or by crediting the amount to the bank account of the user whichever is best suited for the company. The period of ten (10) days for refund shall commence from the next day of the date, when we have successfully received the returned product, excluding any Public holidays and force majeure situations (as mentioned in Terms of Use).
7. The amount of the refund will be credited to the account after making the required adjustment of offer and promotion value in cases wherein there is any discount or promotion applied to the purchase of the jewellery.
8. We reserve the right to deduct any or all charges from the return value including but not limited to transportation, courier and so on in furtherance thereof.
9. The user should return the gift or pack sent with the jewellery along with the jewellery in order to make the return and get a refund for the same. Although there shall be no extra refund made by us to the user for the return of any such gift or packing.
10. We have safe and secure methods and trusted courier service partners but the risk of returning the jewellery is associated with the user solely in case of any mishappening.
11. If there is an issue with the product itself, such as wrong product has been shipped the user needs to inform us about the same and we shall look into the matter and get the order picked up from the user’s location. The return and refund request has to be made within the time frame of the return window which means as soon as the return window is closed no request for any return and refund, therefore, shall be accepted or entertained by us.
12. If there is any such condition that is not mentioned by us in the terms then the company holds the right to make any final decision upon its sole discretion.

B. DISCLAIMER
1. We shall provide the users the best quality of the products by using the best treatments that are possible on the jewellery in order to maintain the shine, luster and make it long-lasting with proper care.
2. The jewellery provided by us to the user shall be high-end jewellery having various purities such as sterling silver which consists of 92.5% pure silver mostly and in some products 99 or 99.9% pure silver or any other such percentage as per the manufacturers of the products; the products having 98%, 99% or 99.9% purity in it shall be considered as pure due to the limitations of the procedures opted by the refiners for refining the same and shall be thereby made available to the user for their purchase.
