This Privacy Policy explains how we gather personal information, classified as mandatory or optional as part of the normal operation of our services; and use, disclose and protect such information through the Website/Mobile Application. 2.1 When the user accesses or use our Services, we automatically collect information, including:

a) Usage Information: If the user chooses to post messages on our message boards, online/ offline chats or other message areas or leave feedback for any other user, we retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. 3. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION OF THE USER:

I. We use the personal information we collect to fulfil the requests of the user for services, improve our services, contact the user, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

II. By providing us an e-mail address, the user grants consent to us using the e-mail address to send the user our Website/App and services related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. The user also agrees that we may send notifications of activity on our Website/App to the e-mail address the user gives us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. III. By providing us with the phone number the user also consents to us using his/her phone number to send the latest news of jewellery, the offers on the products and other promotions on an occasional basis and/or festival.

If the user opts out, he/she will still receive non-promotional emails from us about our Services.

V. Following termination or deactivation of user’s services, we may (but are under no obligation to) retain his/her information for archival purposes. VI. X. With the User’s Consent: Other than as set out above, the user will receive a notice and have the opportunity to withhold consent when personally identifiable information about the user might be shared with unaffiliated third parties.

XI. We may transmit the user data across the various Website/App of the Company.

XII. User Submissions: If the user participates in any online forum/communities, chat sessions and/or blogs, or otherwise post in any user comment field visible to other users of our Services, any information that the user submits or posts will be visible to and may be read, collected or used by others who use our Services. We are not responsible for any information, including personally identifiable information; the user chooses to submit in any such user comment field.

4. HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION OF THE USER:

I. As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent information about the user and we will not disclose information about the user in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy except as required by law or government regulation. We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws such as those regarding intellectual property rights, fraud and other personal rights.

If the user does not agree with our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, please discontinue use of our Service; the user’s continued usage of the Service will signify his/her assent to and acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We can (and the user authorizes us to) disclose any information about the user to law enforcement, other government officials, any lawsuit or any other third party that we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or website/App appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us, or the user, to liability.

5. ENSURING INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE:

I. We take reasonable precautions to ensure that the Personal Information we Collect, Use and Disclose are complete, relevant and up-to-date. However, the accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the information the user provides. That's why we recommend that the user shall:

a) Let us know if there are any errors in his/her Personal Information, and

b) Keep us up-to-date with changes to his/her Personal Information such as name or address.

6. INFORMATION SHARED DURING TRANSACTION:

I. The user agrees that he/she will enter into transactions with us through Paytm, Razorpay, Cash on delivery or through internet banking which shall include both debit card, credit card and wallet or any other new payment gateway that may be used by us for the purposes of transaction in future. The user further agrees that he/she will enter into such transactions with us through third parties through our Website/App and will share the user’s Personal Information with them for easy completion of the transaction. The user hereby expressly agrees that we shall not be involved or held liable for any breach of the privacy or security of that data. The said breach, if any, shall be a matter of dispute between the user and the third party and we shall not be held liable or be issued a notice for it. We take all possible steps in order to keep the user’s data safe; we engage with reputable and best in class payment gateways though it is still not under our control.

II. We strongly recommend that the user should be careful and vigilant while disclosing any Personal Information with his/her transaction partner. Please do not disclose the bank and account details to anyone through our website/app or to any individual whom the user has met through our website/app.

III. We do not take credit card/debit card or other bank details on our website/app. Although we do require bank information at the time of refund. For payment the user will be directed to sign in through the respective payment gateways integrated on our website/app and the transaction would be completed therein. It is to be noted that we will not be storing any Bank related information on our records and none of our staffs will hold or be exposed to this information.

7. HOW WE PROTECT USER’S INFORMATION:

I. We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of the user’s personally identifiable information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect such information from unauthorized access. We shall further encrypt the data that is entered by the user in order to protect such sensitive data.

II. By using this Website/App or the Services or providing Personal Information to us, the user agrees that we can communicate with the user electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to his/her use of this Website/App or Services.

8. USER’S CHOICES ABOUT THE INFORMATION:

I. The user has several choices regarding the use of information on our Services:

a) Email Communications: We will periodically send the user free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Website/App or Services.
